My Approach to Grief Support:
With Deep Roots in Mindfulness and Grief Support
As the founder of Grief Circles and the creator of the Mindfulness, Compassion and Community for Grief™ (MCCG) framework for supporting grief and loss, I bring over 12 years of experience in grief support—and more than 40 years of devoted mindfulness and compassion practice.
I’m a certified death and grief educator, a mindfulness and meditation teacher, and an end-of-life professional. This unique blend allows me to offer a healing approach that is not only grounded in presence and care, but also deeply informed by real tools and lived experience.
TURNING TOWARDS GRIEF CAN OPEN THE DOOR TO HEALING.
And I believe that we need to do this Gently. Slowly. and Kindly.
I am deeply sorry for your loss.
And I’m glad that you found your way here.
Welcome to a space of transformation, of hope, and of being-with your grief.
Here, you are fully supported—just as you are—as we honor your loss and your healing.
Whether you’re tending to your own grief or supporting someone else’s, I trust there is something here for you. Please explore the offerings, and feel free to reach out if you have questions or ideas for what kind of support would serve you or your community best.
Wishing you deep ease and peace.
